  (Standards for Buildings)
  Use, site and position of building in Article 5 agreement area must depend on standard to establish in next kakugo.
  （１）　The use of the building shall be as follows.
  Oh, single-family house (including two-family living together house)
  B. A detached house with clinics
  C. Multipurpose housing prescribed in Article 130-3 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order
  （２）　The site area shall be 160 m2 or more.
  （３）　The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the adjacent land boundary line shall be 1m or more. But it is not this limit about thing corresponding to any of the following in building or part of building in distance less than limit of retreat distance of outer wall.
  Oh, the total length of the center line of the outer wall or pillar in place of this is 3m or less.
  (A) To be used for storage and other similar uses, the height of the eaves is 2.3m or less and the total floor area is 5m2 or less.
  (C) Those used for automatic car garages.
