  • Overview of Restrictions (Excerpt from Agreement)
    (Standards for Buildings)
    Article 6 The use, form, site and design of buildings in the agreement area must be based on the standards specified in the following items.
    (1) The use of the building shall be as follows.
    Oh, single-family house (including two-family living together house)
    B. Single-family clinics combined housing
    (2) The height of the building shall not exceed 9m from the ground surface and the height of the eaves shall not exceed 7.5m.
    (3) The number of floors excluding the basement shall be 2 or less.
    (4) The site cannot be divided.
    (5) The ground of the site shall not be changed. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to changes in the ground for building car garages, stairs, slopes for wheelchairs, etc.
    (6) It is not possible to horizontally widen the site by constructing a mount on the retaining wall.
    (7) At the boundary of the road site, avoid block walls, etc. as much as possible, and use hedges or net fences.
    (8) A green zone should be provided as much as possible on the part facing the road boundary.
