  (Standards for Buildings)
  Use, form, site and design of building in Article 6 agreement area must follow standard to establish in next kakugo.
  （１）　The use of the building shall be as follows.
  Oh, single-family house (including two-family living together house)
  B. A detached house with clinics
  （２）　The height of the building shall not exceed 9m from the ground surface, and the height of the eaves shall not exceed 7.5m.
  （３）　The number of floors excluding the basement shall be 2 or less.
  （４）　The site shall not be split.
  （５）　The ground of the site shall not be changed. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to ground changes for constructing car garages, stairs, slopes for wheelchairs, etc.
  （６）　Horizontal widening of the site by constructing a mount on the retaining wall shall not be possible.
  （７）　Road site boundaries shall be hedges or net fences, etc., avoiding block walls as much as possible.
  （８）　Green areas should be provided as much as possible in areas facing the road boundary.
