  • Outline of limitations (excerpts of agreement)
    (Standards for Buildings)
    Article 8 The site, position, use and form of a building in the agreement area specified in the preceding Article must be based on the standards specified in the following items. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to buildings necessary for public interest that have been approved by the Steering Committee and approved by the The Mayor of Yokohama.
    1 Building in 1 agreement area shall be detached and house exclusively for house.

    5 The height of the ground surface of each block when the development restriction is lifted must not be changed by cutting and embankment. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to cut for the installation of a car garage attached to the building.
    6 When building a building in contact with 6 natural cliffs, it is certified under the Yokohama City Building Ordinance Article 3.
