(Standards for Buildings)
Article 8 The site, position, use and form of buildings in the agreement area specified in the preceding Article must be based on the standards specified in the following items. Provided, however, that this does not apply to buildings necessary for the public interest that have been approved by the Steering Committee and approved by the The Mayor of Yokohama.
Building in 1 agreement area assumes single-family house and assumes exclusive house.
The distance from the outer wall of the 2 buildings or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the adjacent land boundary line and the road boundary line shall be 1m or more. Provided, however, Article 135-5 of the Order. ※This does not apply to the following concrete and box-type garages from buildings and parts of buildings that conform to the provisions, and the ground surface of the site.
3 The maximum height of the building shall be 10m and the height of the eaves shall be 7m or less, and the number of floors excluding the basement shall be 2 or less.
4 The minimum area of each parcel in the agreement area shall be 147 m2 or more.
5 The height of the ground surface of each section at the time of release of development restrictions must not be changed by cutting and embankment. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to cuts for the installation of car garages attached to buildings.
6 When a building is built, the section in contact with the natural cliffs is certified under Article 3 of the Yokohama City Building Ordinance.
