(Standards for Buildings)
Article 6 The site, position, structure, use, form, and design of buildings in the agreement area must be based on the standards specified in the following items. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to buildings that do not impair the purpose stipulated in Article 1 and that have been approved by the Steering Committee stipulated in Article 7.
(1) The site area shall be 125 m2.
(2) The ground of the site shall not change the height at the time of the announcement of the agreement approval. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to cuts for building car garages, etc. and embankments due to surplus soil generated when building a new building on the site within 7 cm from the ground at the time of the approval notice.
(3) In area where construction of building shown in building agreement area figure or construction of public establishment cannot be done in site, we shall build building or do not build public establishment. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to public works provided for management.
(4) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the road boundary shall be 1 m or more, and the distance to the adjacent land boundary shall be 0.5 m or more. But it is not this limit about thing corresponding to any of the following in part of building or building in distance less than limit of these distances.
B. The total length of the center line of the outer wall or the pillar in place of it must be 3m or less.
B. Provided for storerooms and other similar uses, the height of the eaves must be 2.3m or less, and the total floor area must be within 5m2.
(5) The number of floors excluding the basement shall be 2 or less.
(6) Use of building shall correspond to any of the following.

Ho. Those attached to the buildings in the preceding items (excluding those specified in Article 130-5-5 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order)
(7) The height of the building shall not exceed 10m from the ground surface, and the height of the eaves of the building shall not exceed 7.5m from the ground surface. In addition, the height of each part of the building shall be less than the one obtained by multiplying the horizontal distance in the true north direction from each part to the center line of the front road or the adjacent land boundary by 0.6 and adding 6 m. .
(8) About roof and outer wall of building, outdoor advertising matter, we shall consider the surrounding scenery and shall not use stimulating colors and shall plan harmony with the cityscape.
(9) Trees planted on the site shall be suitable for the climate of Yokohama City and shall not cause harm to local residents.
(10) About ratio of green tract of land, we shall secure green tract of land more than 10% of site area in site. In this case, it can be regarded as 10 m2 per Takagi, 2 m2 per medium tree, and 0.4 m2 per shrubs. (In this case, the height of the tree is 3m or more for Takagi, 1m or more and less than 3m for middle trees, and less than 1m for shrubs.)
