    (Standards for Buildings)
    The site, position, structure, use, form and design of building in Article 6 agreement area must follow standard to establish in next kakugo. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to buildings that do not impair the purpose specified in Article 1 and approved by the Steering Committee specified in Article 7.
    (1) The site area shall be 125 m2.
    (2) The ground of the site shall not change the height at the time of the agreement is announced. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to cuts for constructing car garages, etc. and embankments caused by surplus soil generated when building a new building on the site within 7 cm from the ground at the time of the public notice of approval.
    (3) Buildings shall not be built or structures shall not be built in the area where the construction of buildings shown in the Building Agreement Area Map or the structures cannot be built. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to structures to be used for management.
    (4) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the road boundary shall be 1m or more, and the distance to the adjacent land boundary line shall be 0.5m or more. But it is not this limit about thing corresponding to any of the following in building or building part in distance less than limit of these distances.
    I. The total length of the center line of the outer wall or the pillar in place of it must be 3 m or less.
    B. Provided for storage and other similar uses, the height of the eaves must be 2.3 m or less, and the total floor area must be within 5 m2.
    (5) The number of floors excluding the basement shall be 2 or less.
    (6) Use of building shall correspond to any of the following.
    I. Housing
    B. Among houses that also serve as offices, stores and other similar uses, those stipulated in Article 130-3 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order
    C. clinics
    Ni. Police dispatch offices, public telephone offices, and other similar buildings necessary for the public interest prescribed in Article 135-4 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order
    Ho. Those attached to the buildings of the preceding items (excluding those specified in Article 130-5-5 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order)
    (7) The height of the building shall not exceed 10m from the ground surface, and the height of the eaves of the building shall not exceed 7.5m from the ground surface. In addition, the height of each part of the building shall be less than the one obtained by multiplying the horizontal distance in the true north direction from each part to the center line of the front road or the adjacent land boundary by 0.6 and adding 6m. .
    (8) About roof and outer wall of building, outdoor advertising matter, we shall consider neighboring scenery and shall not use stimulating colors, and shall harmonize with cityscape.
    (9) Trees to be planted on the site shall be suitable for the climate of Yokohama City and shall not cause harm to local residents.
    (10) Regarding the ratio of green spaces, green spaces of 10% or more of the site area shall be secured on the site. In this case, it can be regarded as 10 m2 per Takagi, 2 m2 per middle tree, and 0.4 m2 per shrubs. (In this case, the height of the tree is 3m or more for Takagi, 1m or more and less than 3m, and shrubs are less than 1m.)
