Goals of District Planning | This area is located about 1 km in Kitakata at Kamoi Station on the JR Yokohama Line, bordering the city planning road Saedo Kitayamada Line, and is surrounded by existing urban areas. In this district, we guide appropriate land use and maintenance of building to maintain urban infrastructure facilities such as roads and parks for good urban area formation by land readjustment projects, and harmonize with the surrounding area The goal is to form and preserve a good urban environment. |
Land Use Policy | We divide district three districts into three to realize aim of city planning and guide land use as follows. District A The use of land mainly for detached houses. District B While considering the environment of the surrounding urban area, we plan to form a residential area mainly composed of middle-rise houses. District C In addition to arranging middle- and high-rise houses while considering the environment in the surrounding urban area, we will also plan the location of living convenience facilities for residents inside and outside the district and necessary public facilities. |
