Targets of District Planning This area is located approximately 1 km of Kitakata at Kamoi Station on the JR Yokohama Line, bordering the city planning road Saedo Kitayamada Line, and is a hill area surrounded by established urban areas.
In this district, along with the development of urban infrastructure facilities such as roads and parks for the formation of good urban areas through land readjustment projects, we will guide appropriate land use and maintenance of buildings, and harmonize with the surrounding area The goal is to create and preserve a harmonious and good urban environment.
Land Use Policy In order to achieve the goals of the city planning, we divide the districts into three and guide land use as follows.
District A
Plan to use land mainly for detached houses.
District B
Aiming to form a residential area mainly composed of middle-rise houses while considering the environment in the surrounding city area.
District C
We will arrange middle- and high-rise houses while considering the environment of the surrounding city area, and plan the location of convenience facilities for residents inside and outside the district and necessary public facilities.
Development of district facilities
Policy
A road with a width of 8m will be maintained to secure the city planning road Saedo Kitayamada Line and smooth traffic lines in the district. In addition, a park will be maintained in the center of the district to provide convenience around the area.

Policy
In order to form an urban area in harmony with the surrounding area, it is determined for each district as follows.
District A
In order to maintain and maintain the environment of the district mainly composed of detached houses, restrictions on the use of buildings, minimum floor area of buildings, restrictions on the position of walls, maximum height of buildings, buildings, etc. Define restrictions on forms or designs such as fences or fences and restrictions on structures.
District B

Minimum site area of buildings The site area of the building shall be 145 m2 or more. The site area of the building shall be 250 m2 or more.
Provided, however, that this shall not apply to land that falls under any of the following.
1 Used as a site for public toilets, police station offices, and similar buildings necessary for the public interest
2 Those used as sites of buildings to be shared convenience by libraries, management offices and other similar residents

2 The height of each part of the building shall not exceed the numerical value obtained by multiplying the horizontal distance in the true north direction from each part to the center line of the front road or the boundary of the adjacent land by 0.6 and adding 5m. Must not.
