Targets of District Planning This area is located in the northern part of Yokohama City, about 1.2 km east of Azamino Station on the Tokyu Denentoshi Line, and is located at the intersection of two wide-area arterial roads: National Route 246 and Hiyoshi and Motoishikawa Lines. In addition, it is the gateway from the Tokyo area of Kohoku New Town, and it is a district where various land use should be planned in harmony with the surrounding environment.
In this area, the land readjustment project will develop urban infrastructure such as roads and parks for the formation of good urban areas.
The project aims to maintain and conservation the functions of urban infrastructure, such as roads and parks, which have been developed through land readjustment projects, to guide appropriate land use and building maintenance, to form an urban area with goodconservation.
Land Use Policy
In order to achieve the goals of the city planning, we divide the districts eight and guide land use according to each policy.
A-1 District
We aim to form a residential area centered on detached houses.
A-2 District
Aim to form a residential area consisting of a variety of low-rise houses, such as detached houses and apartment houses.
A-3 District
In addition to planning the location of various types of houses, such as detached houses and apartment houses, along the main roads in the district, the location of convenience facilities for residents in the district, such as stores and combined houses, is bustling. Form a certain cityscape.
B-1 District
Aim to form a residential area mainly composed of middle- and high-rise houses while considering the environment of the surrounding residential area.
B-2 District
In addition to forming a residential area mainly composed of middle- and high-rise houses, the surrounding area and stores to improve the convenience of living for residents in the district will be established to form a bustling cityscape.
B-3 District
In addition to guiding commercial and business facilities along the roadside, the construction of apartment houses will also be guided on the upper floor to create bustle and efficiently use land.
B-4 District
Locations such as business facilities and sports and recreation facilities that meet the needs around the Area will be planned.
District C
Consider the environment of the surrounding residential area, the location of public facilities mainly for the use of nearby residents.
Policy for the development of district facilities A new arterial road in the district connecting National Route 246 and the Hiyoshi / Motoishikawa Line on the city planning road will be established in the center of the district.
Policy for maintenance of buildings, etc. In order to achieve the goals of the city planning, restrictions on the use of buildings, the minimum floor area of buildings, restrictions on the position of walls, forms or designs of buildings, etc. Define restrictions and restrictions on the structure of fences or fences. In addition, for commercial business and public facilities, a parking lot of an appropriate scale shall be provided, and for apartments, a parking lot corresponding to the number of dwelling units shall be provided.

Restrictions on the position of the wall The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the boundary of the front road shall be 1 m or more, and the distance to the adjacent land boundary shall be 0.6 m or more.
But it is not this limit about thing that part of building or building in distance less than limit of this distance corresponds to any of the following.
  1. The total length of the center line of the outer wall or the pillar in place of it is 3m or less
  2. For storage and other similar uses (excluding car garages), the height of the eaves is 2.3 m or less and the total floor area is 5 m2 or less

  1. Roofs, outer walls and outdoor advertising materials of buildings shall not use stimulating colors or decorations.
  2. Designs such as buildings and outdoor advertising materials shall be considered in consideration of the surrounding environment.
