Targets of District Planning | This area is located in the northern part of Yokohama City, about 1.2 km east of Azamino Station on the Tokyu Denentoshi Line, and is located at the intersection of two wide-area arterial roads: National Route 246 and Hiyoshi and Motoishikawa Lines. In addition, it is the gateway from the Tokyo area of Kohoku New Town, and it is a district where various land use should be planned in harmony with the surrounding environment. In this area, the land readjustment project will develop urban infrastructure such as roads and parks for the formation of good urban areas. The project aims to maintain and conservation the functions of urban infrastructure, such as roads and parks, which have been developed through land readjustment projects, to guide appropriate land use and building maintenance, to form an urban area with goodconservation. |
