Targets of District Planning Located about 300 meters south of Tokaichiba Station on the JR Yokohama Line, this area is a residential area centered on Municipal Housing housing complex and Urban Renaissance Agency housing.
From 1993 to 2006, we rebuilt municipal residential areas with the goal of creating planned and efficient land use, creating a good living environment, and creating a harmonious cityscape that takes into account the living environment of the surrounding area. The Municipal Housing and the Urban Renaissance Agency housing combined with roads and parks, which are the core of our lives, have created a vibrant community for diverse people. Middle- and high-rise houses and public facilities were developed, but the rebuilding project was completed in the center of the district with idle land. After that, the Area and its surroundings were designated as model areas for a sustainable residential area model project in the Yokohama City Environmental Future City Plan, and by utilizing idle land in the Center Area, "Super-aging and environmentally friendly" We aim to realize a sustainable residential area.
This area is positioned as "suburb / northern areas" in the land use policy of the Yokohama City Urban Planning Master Plan overall plan, and "In urban areas that have been systematically improved, urban areas that have been developed so far We will promote initiatives such as guiding land use and maintaining a good living environment for the formation of a vibrant station area while taking advantage of the infrastructure.
