Targets of District Planning | The district is located in the western part of Midori Ward, south of Nagatsuta Station on the JR Yokohama Line and Tokyu Denentoshi Line, approximately 1 km to 2 km, bordering the Tomei Expressway, and the center of the district is the city planning road No. 3, 4, and 42 Kirigaoka Nagatsuta Line. In addition, in the Yumehama 2010 Plan Midori Ward Plan, the goal of town development is to create a town where Komorebi is excited (a town blessed with abundant nature and can live lively), and this area plays a part in the "Green and Water Corridor Concept" and is positioned as a regional exchange base in the "base concept where individuality shines."
