Targets of redevelopment district planning | This area is positioned as a base for urban development around Nokendai Station in the Kanazawa Ward Plan (Yumehama 2010 Plan). For this reason, we will seize the opportunity to relocate factories in this area, which is close to Keikyu Nokendai Station, plan to develop urban infrastructure facilities, and introduce various functions such as commerce, business, culture, residence suitable as a regional base. The goal is to revitalize the district and improve the urban environment. |

Policy for maintenance of public facilities | In order to improve the traffic environment around the district, we will maintain auxiliary arterial roads, etc., and at the same time, properly arrange the division road network in the district in consideration of safety and disaster prevention. We maintain park as place of recreation of citizen and maintain green tract of land to plan harmony with neighboring environment. In order to form a comfortable pedestrian space, appropriate and organically arrange sidewalk-like vacant lots. At the same time, pedestrian passages will be installed to improve pedestrian access to railway stations. |

Policy for maintenance of buildings, etc. | In the maintenance of buildings, while considering the impact on the surrounding environment such as sunshine, ventilation, and landscape, the advanced use of buildings will be planned, a harmonious skyline will be formed, and open spaces will be secured on the premises.
