Land Use Policy | In order to create a harmonious and balanced city suitable for the marine recreation base in Yokohama, the international port city, marina facilities such as clubhouses, repair shops, and service yards that provide a variety of services to marina users will be located. Based on the "Yokohama Bayside Marina District Town Development Basic Agreement", which is concluded between landowners in order to create a lively hydrophilic space where marina users and visitors can enjoy comfortable and visitors can comfortably. In addition, green spaces and promenades will be maintained to secure a comfortable and migratory pedestrian space. |

Policy for maintenance of district facilities | 1 Create a network of safe and comfortable pedestrian spaces. 2 Along with smooth handling of automobile traffic, maintain roads in the district that consider the safety of pedestrians. 3 Place open spaces, promenades, etc. appropriately and form an attractive hydrophilic space. 4 Pedestrian spaces, roads, plazas, green spaces, etc. should be considered in size, position and specifications (paving materials, tree planting, etc.) so that the landscape of the marina can be effectively utilized, and continuous while making changes as a whole. Aim for harmonious maintenance. |

Policy for maintenance of buildings, etc. | In order to realize the environment and townscape suitable for the base of citizens' marine recreation, buildings will be guided based on the following policies. (1) Consideration of view and formation of orderly cityscapes In order to prepare the cityscape and skyline in the district, and to secure the view of the sea, which is the most attractive landscape resource of the district, we will consider the position and shape of buildings, etc., and the minimum floor area of the building, Establish restrictions on the position of walls, and form an orderly cityscape. (2) Formation of a moist cityscape In order to ensure the liveliness and moisture of the district, the first floor of the building facing the marina will be provided with a sense of openness so that you can feel the sense of unity between the sea and the city. In addition, the site and rooftop of the building will be actively greened. (3) The following consideration shall be given to other forms and designs. Oh, colors such as buildings shall be in harmony with the surroundings in consideration of the scenery of the marina. (A) When installing outdoor advertising materials, elevated water tanks, cooling towers, etc., consider the installation position, size, installation method, color, etc. to harmonize with the surrounding environment. C. The retreat part of the outer wall is 1m on the road side and 1.5m on the adjacent land side in a sidewalk shape. |
