conservation's policy Goals of District Planning  This district is positioned as a central project of “Uruoi Citizens with Moisture”, which is the basic goal of Yokohama Port maintenance in the “Yumehama 2010 Plan” which is a comprehensive plan of Yokohama City. For this reason, we plan to develop marine learning facilities and green spaces, mainly marinas, and commercial facilities and accommodation facilities so that citizens can enjoy a rich life through marine recreation and interaction with the nature and marine culture of the sea. The purpose is to introduce accommodation facilities, and to plan a planned urban area as a marine recreation base district that forms a comfortable pedestrian space and a harmonious cityscape.
Land Use Policy  In order to form a harmonious and balanced city suitable for a marine recreation base in the international port city of Yokohama, marina facilities such as clubhouses, repair shops, service yards, etc. that provide various services to marina users and visitors can easily get acquainted with, based on the "Yokohama Bayside Marina District Town Development Basic Agreement" concluded between landowners and marine facilities, etc.
In addition, green spaces and promenades will be developed to secure a comfortable and migratory pedestrian space.
Policy for maintenance of district facilities 1 Form a network of safe and comfortable pedestrian spaces.
2 Along with smooth handling of automobile traffic, maintain roads in the district in consideration of pedestrian safety.
We arrange 3 open spaces, promenades, etc. appropriately and form attractive hydrophilic space.
4 Pedestrian spaces, roads, plazas, green spaces, etc. should be considered as a whole, taking into account the size, location and specifications (paving materials, tree planting, etc.) so that the landscape of the marina can be effectively utilized. Plan a harmonious and harmonious maintenance.
Policy of maintenance such as buildings  In order to realize the formation of an environment and cityscape appropriate for the base of citizens' marine recreation, buildings will be guided based on the following policies.
(1) Consideration for view and formation of an orderly urban landscape
In order to prepare the cityscape and skyline in the district, and to secure the view of the sea, which is the most attractive landscape resource of the Area, consider the location and shape of buildings, etc., and the minimum site area of the building We determine restrictions on position of wall surface and form orderly cityscape.
(2) Formation of a moist cityscape
In order to ensure the liveliness and moisture of the district, the first floor of the building facing the marina will be provided with a sense of openness so that a sense of unity between the sea and the city can be felt. In addition, the site of the building and the roof will be actively planted.
(3) The following consideration shall be given to other forms and designs.
Oh, colors such as buildings shall be in harmony with the surroundings in consideration of the marina.
B. When installing outdoor advertising materials, elevated water tanks, cooling towers, etc., consider the installation location, size, installation method, color, etc. so that it is in harmony with the surrounding environment.
(C) In the retreat part of the outer wall, 1m on the road side and 1.5m on the adjacent land side will be maintained in a sidewalk shape.

Restrictions on the use of buildings  Buildings listed in the following items must not be built.
(1) Housing (excluding caretaker houses)
(2) Apartment house, dormitories or boarding house
(3) Factories (excluding those attached to stores and ship repair factories)
(4) Shrines, temples, churches and the like.
 (5) Barn
(6) Warehouses engaged in warehousing
(7) Mahjong shop, pachinko shop, shooting area, Katsuma voting ticket sales office or off-site ticket office
Minimum floor area of the building  2,500㎡
 Provided, however, that this shall not apply to public toilets, police officers, and other facilities that are used as sites for public interest or marina management.
Restrictions on wall position  The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the boundary of the site shall be 2m or more, and if the part facing the promenade exceeds 15m in height from the ground surface. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to public corridors and other similar items necessary for the public interest.
The maximum height of the building 1 The height of 1 building must not exceed 20m.
2 The height of each part of the building shall be less than the one obtained by multiplying the horizontal distance in the true north direction from each part to the center line of the front road or the adjacent land boundary line by 0.6 and adding 10m. .
Restrictions on the form and design of buildings The colors of 1 buildings, etc. shall be in harmony with the surroundings, taking into account the marina landscape.

3 The first floor part of the building facing the marina must be equipped with a sense of openness at least 1/3 of the horizontal extension of the wall facing the marina.
Restrictions on the fence or fence structure When a fence or fence is provided at a position that exceeds 1.5m from the adjacent land boundary, it shall be a hedge, and no fence or fence shall be provided for parts within 1.5m.
When we establish fence or fence in position more than 1.0m from 2 road boundary, we assume hedge and shall not establish fence or fence in part within 1.0m.
3 In addition to the provisions listed in the preceding two items, if necessary for management, the landscape such as net fences shall be considered.
