When we do not apply for designation of specific designated agricultural plot, is designated agricultural plot canceled automatically?
A

It is designated agricultural plot automatically only by 30 years having passed.
Purchase proposing comes to be possible anytime for Yokohama-shi after the progress for 30 years, and, after procedure of purchase proposal, limit of acts such as housing land development is canceled, and designated agricultural plot is abolished after city planning change.
