About the next agency reservation
If you come to the agency for consultation or procedures regarding production green space, please make a reservation in advance.
Please perform next agency reservation from Yokohama-shi electronic application, report system (outside site).
When making a reservation from the Yokohama City Electronic Application and Notification System

- When making a reservation, "user registration" is required as an individual in the Yokohama City Electronic Application and Notification System.
If you have not registered, please register a new one. - Please search for "production green space" as a keyword from "List of procedures (for individuals)".

What you bring at the time of consultation
For the first time of consultation, please bring the following.
Please note that if you do not bring your own, we may not be able to consult.
Also, please note that additional materials may be required depending on the individual situation.
In the case of consultation regarding purchase offer (cancellation) of production green space
- A copy of the land registry (copiable, net acquisition possible, no different from the current registration information)
- Official map (copiable, Internet acquisition possible, no different from current registration information)
- Identity verification document of the person coming to the counter (with a photo within the expiration date)
- If the person coming to the counter is not the landowner (the statutory heir who wishes to apply for a purchase), a power of attorney from the landowner (the statutory heir who wishes to apply for a purchase)(Click here for the reference form.)
- If you wish to make a part of the production green space at the same location, if you wish to make a purchase offer, a certified copy or official map of the land to be left as a production green space.
- If the land owner's current Address is different from the Address on the certified copy of the land registry, documents showing the progress of the change in Address (such as a letter from resident certificate or family register, a certificate of change in residence indication, a certificate of change in street name and lot number, a certificate of change in administrative division, etc.)
In addition, if you have not registered your inheritance, the following items are also required.
- Documents showing the connection between the family register between "the deceased" and "the legal heir who wishes to apply for purchase (the legal heir who entered the landowner column in the Yokohama City Electronic Application and Notification System)"
- Official documents (original) showing the date of death of the person who died

- Documents that show the lot number and owner information of the land (such as a copy of the land registry)
