• A copy of the land registry (copyable, net acquisition is available, and the same as the current registration information)
• Official map (copyable, net acquisition is possible, same as the current registration information)
• Identification documents for those who come to the counter (with a photo within the expiration date)
• If the person coming to the counter is not the landowner (legal heir who wishes to apply for a purchase), a power of attorney from the landowner (statutory heir who wishes to apply for a purchase)(Click here for reference form.)
• If you wish to apply for a part of the production green space at the same location, you will need to submit a copy of the registry or official map of the land to be left as a production green space or official map
• Documents showing the progress of the change in Address (such as the resident certificate or family register appendix, Certificate of Change of ResidentialAddressAddress, Certificate of Change of Residential Name, Certificate of Change of Administrative District, etc.)

In addition, if you have not registered for inheritance, you will also need the following.

• Documents that show the connection between family register who died and the statutory heir who wishes to apply for purchase (the legal heir entered in the land owner column in the Yokohama City Electronic Application and Notification System)
• Official document (original) that shows the date of death of the person who died
