We will hold a workshop on "Strengthening the organizational base" so that NPOs can operate the organization stably and continuously.

※The same program will be implemented each time. Please choose one of the classes and participate.
□Participation fee: Free of charge
□Venue: Yokohama City Hall 1st Floor Space AB
□Target: The main activity areas of interest and motivation to strengthen the organizational foundation are NPO corporations in Yokohama.
□Capacity: 15 groups each time (up to 2 people can participate per group)

"Organization Diagnosis" is a WEB questionnaire that allows members to respond to the status of the group. (Response required: Approx. 10 minutes)
We will help you understand the situation of the group and identify issues, and use this result in this workshop.
After applying, we will send the URL of "Organization Diagnosis" to those who have applied, so please forward the group members who can cooperate and cooperate with the answer.
If you do not receive a certain number of responses, you will not be able to properly diagnose and grasp the status of the group, so please give more than 5 answers.
※The secretariat will inform you of the URL of "Organization Diagnosis" and how to respond.
※If more than one person from the same group participate in the workshop, please answer at least 5 people per group.　
　

Prior to applying for the Organization Infrastructure Reinforcement Grant, you must attend the NPO Organization Infrastructure Reinforcement Workshop and conduct self-evaluation.
You will need to apply for a grant after finding the issues of your organization.
