About registration of group
Registered organizations are eligible for donation destinations and grants utilizing donations.
Registration is accepted from time to time.
Requirements for Registration
An organization that meets all the requirements of the following items:

Article 2 of the Yokohama Dream Fund Group Registration Guidelines
- Act on Promotion of Specified Non-Profit Activities (Act No. 7 of 1998). Hereinafter referred to as the "law." ).
- The location of the main or subordinate office is located in Yokohama City.
- The area where non-profit activities are conducted is mainly in Yokohama City.
- Of the total project cost, the ratio of the project cost related to specific non-profit activities is 50/100 or more.
- Have a track record of at least one year.
- Not an organization that has been subject to the disposition prescribed in Articles 5 and 8 of the Act on Regulations of Organizations that Performed Indiscriminate Mass Murders (Act No. 147 of 1999) or an organization under the control of its members .

(4)Business report or activity report for the previous fiscal year
(5)Income statement or activity statement for the previous fiscal year
(6)List of Directors for the previous fiscal year
(7)List of 10 or more employees in the previous fiscal year
(8)Business plan for the fiscal year at the time of application
(9)Income and expenditure budget for the fiscal year at the time of application
(10)Recent General Meeting Materials

Procedures by electronic application and notification system
When using the notification system, please register in advance on the "new registration of users" (outside site) (outside site) screen.
In addition, when performing user registration, please register as a business, not an individual.
[If the submitted documents need to be modified]
After confirming the submitted documents, we may ask you to make corrections.
When you receive an e-mail such as a request for correction, please check the status of the application from the "Notice of Application Status" on the My Page of the electronic application and notification system.
After confirming and correcting the items in the "Reason for Refund" column, please reapply from the "Apply" button.
※If you submit from the "List of procedures that can be applied", it will be a new notification.
Please be sure to reapply from the "Notice of Application Status" on My Page.
(Resubmission from a new notification can be accepted, but we may ask you to withdraw the original notification.)
※Please note that the electronic application and notification system will not be available during maintenance.

About change of group registration contents
If there is a change in the group registration details, please submit a group registration change notification.

About deletion of registration of group
In the following cases, registration will be deleted.
(Deletion of registration)
- When you lose the requirements stipulated in Article 2 of the Yokohama Dream Fund Group Registration Guidelines.
- When it is found that registration has been made by false or other wrongful means.
- When there is a request for cancellation of registration (No. 5 style) from the registered organization.
- When the mayor finds it particularly necessary.
When group hopes for cancellation of registration, please submit cancellation application (fifth style).
