Group registration

About registration of group

Registered organizations are eligible for grants that make use of donations and donations.
Registration is accepted at any time.

Requirements for registration

An organization that meets all the requirements of the following items:

  1. Nonprofit Activities Promotion Act (Act No. 7 of 1998) Hereinafter referred to as the “law”. ) Must be a non-profit organization specified in
  2. The location of the principal or subordinate office must be located in Yokohama.
  3. The area where non-profit activities are conducted is mainly in Yokohama City.
  4. Of the total project cost, the ratio of operating expenses related to specific non-profit activities must be 50/100 or more.
  5. Have a track record of activities for at least one year.
  6. Being an organization that has been subject to the disposition prescribed in Articles 5 and 8 of the Act on the Regulation of Organizations Performed Indiscriminate Mass Murder (Act No. 147 of 1999) or an organization under the control of its members .

(7)List of 10 or more employees in the previous fiscal year
(8)Business plan for the fiscal year at the time of application
(9)Budget for the fiscal year at the time of application
(10)Latest General Meeting Materials
(11)Contact Form

Procedures for electronic application and notification system

Before using the notification system, please perform user registration in advance on the "New User Registration" (outside site) (external site) screen.
When registering as a user, please register as a business, not an individual.

After confirming the submitted documents, we may request a correction.
When you receive an e-mail such as a request for correction, please check the status of the application from "Notice of Application Status" on My Page of the Electronic Application and Notification System.
After confirming and correcting the items in the "Reason for Refund" column, please reapply from the "Apply" button.
※If you submit it from the "List of Procedures that can be applied", it will be a new notification.
Be sure to reapply from "Notice of Application Status" on My Page.
(Resubmission from a new notification can be accepted, but you may be asked to withdraw the original report.)
※Please note that the electronic application and notification system will no longer be available during maintenance.

About change of group registration contents

If there is a change in the group registration details, please submit a group registration change notification.

About deletion of registration of group

In the following cases, registration will be cancelled.
(Deletion of registration)

  • When we lose requirements to prescribe in Yokohama dream fund group registration summary Article 2.
  • When it is found that registration has been made by false or other wrongful means.
  • When there is a request for registration cancellation (No. 5 style) from the registered organization.
  • When the mayor recognizes that it is particularly necessary.

If the group wishes to delete the registration, please submit a deletion application (No. 5 style).
