Initiatives: ①Review budgets, reduce labor costs, (2) plan parent-child cooking business, (3) facilitate communication through weekly staff meetings, and (4) use of children's cafeteria tickets, donation buttons, workshop tickets, etc. that can be used by groups as a method of receiving donations To install vending machines that incorporate them so that local residents can easily participate in social activities.
