At present, there is a problem that the office is absent and it is difficult to contact, so I would like to hire new staff to eliminate the days when the office is absent and create new businesses.
In addition, we would like to strengthen public relations to recruit participants for group activities and projects.
In order to solve these issues, we will focus on the following initiatives.

②Improve the skills of existing staff
③Create leaflets and flyers for groups, update homepages

International, Human Rights and PeaceLink to Myanmar261,000 yenBy providing settlement support for foreigners living in Japan, mainly Myanmar, and conducting international cooperation projects for Myanmar, the purpose is to promote the smooth settlement of foreigners living in Japan in Japanese society and contribute to human rights protection and international cooperation. In addition, it is an organization that aims to contribute to the promotion of understanding between the two countries by conducting cultural exchanges between Japan and Myanmar.

Despite the fact that there are 200 consultations, the issue is that the number of consultants is two and the shortage of human resources is an issue. In order to respond continuously and promptly to a wide range of needs, we will improve the skills of two existing counselors and develop new human resources, which will lead to the expansion and development of activities.
In addition, we want to raise the profile and secure collaborators and supporters.

②Training volunteer counselors for new leaders
③In order to expand the scope of activities and increase the number of collaborators, organizations' brochures and introduction letters are mailed to local governments to provide information.
