[Project for Human Resource Development and Public Relations of the Organization for Continuing Activities]

The chairman who have other jobs, the accounting staff, and the staff who are raising children are doing clerical work irregularly, and the lack of human resources is an issue. Currently, there is a problem that the office is absent and it is difficult to contact, so I would like to hire new staff to eliminate the office absence of the office and create new business.
In addition, we would like to strengthen public relations to recruit participants in group activities and plans.
In order to solve these issues, we will mainly implement the following initiatives.
①New employment of one staff member
②Improve the skills of existing staff
③Creating leaflets and flyers for groups, and updating homepages

[Developing human resources with a global glow-cal perspective responsible for multicultural coexistence consultation support projects and strengthening the organizational base through public relations]

Despite the 200 consultations, the number of consultants is two and the lack of human resources is an issue. In order to respond to a wide range of needs continuously and promptly, we will improve the skills of two existing counselors and develop new human resources, which will lead to the expansion and development of activities.
In addition, we want to raise the profile and secure collaborators and supporters.

In order to solve these issues, we will mainly implement the following initiatives.
①Improvement of skills for two existing counselors
②Training volunteer counselors for new leaders
③In order to expand the scope of activities and increase the number of collaborators, the organization’s brochures and introduction letters are mailed to local governments.
