A summary of the activities of graduates of community development University!

This section introduces what graduates have realized in the region through regional colleges, and examples of how they worked while devising due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

"community development University"-Examples of Activities of Graduates-

In Yokohama City, as an initiative to foster leaders in local activities, we have implemented community development University (Regional University) in collaboration with NPOs and other organizations, and various initiatives that lead to solving local issues and creating appeal from graduates.
Therefore, we summarized the activity examples of graduates of regional colleges one by one from 18 wards.
We have created opportunities for those who want to start local activities in the future, and as a hint for continuing activities for those who are already active in the community, so please use it.

Kanagawa Fureaikko Mitsuzawa (PDF: 378KB) Two graduates from the same area realized the commonality of each other's dream plans, and with the cooperation of Neighborhood Association, they are conducting a children's cafeteria in community hall.

Asahi Making a place for Naka Horikawa Ikoi (PDF: 448KB) The Naka-Horikawa Promenade aims to make the Naka-Horikawa Promenade a place for local communities through cleanup activities, planting activities, and initiatives at the Promenade Gallery to decorate pictures of elementary school student. In fiscal 2019, we started activities aimed at growing fireflies, and we are continuing our activities in cooperation with nearby Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations, elementary schools and waterside protection associations. Kanazawa Record appreciation party

Kohoku Town of thought Tarumachi (PDF: 380KB) In the Tarumachi area, in addition to disseminating information on the public relations magazine "Tarumachi Event Bulletin Board" and its website, we have been promoting initiatives using SNS (Twitter, LINE official account) since FY2019. About each ward community development University

community development University is a course where people who are already active in the community, such as Neighborhood Association and various commissioners, as well as citizens who want to work in the community, can learn how to solve local issues through group work and learn how to create attractiveness in the community.
This program is held in 18 wards with the aim of improving the skills of those involved in community development and finding and developing new human resources through learning.
This course is characterized by the fact that the area, ward office, NPO corporation, etc. are planning and operating in collaboration.
