Support for proposals for collaborative projects experimental project

Article 10 of the Yokohama City Citizens' Collaboration Ordinance stipulates that citizens can propose a citizen collaboration project to Yokohama City.

City of Yokohama, Civic Affairs Bureau will implement the experimental project proposal support project from fiscal 2019 to fiscal 2019 so that "proposals for citizen collaboration projects" will be easier for citizens to utilize.

Support for proposals for collaborative projects About experimental project

The project period is three years, and the following three steps will be implemented.

Step 1. Recruitment of proposal ideas

We raise proposal idea of business with city to plan local problem solution from citizens.
(Approximately 6 organizations will be selected by selection from the applied organizations. Details are as follows.

Step 2 Support for planning (subsidy) (FY2018)

For organizations adopted in Step 1, we will support the expenses related to commercialization of proposal ideas.

Step 3 Support (subsidy) for project implementation (FY31)

After Step 2, from the groups that actually proposed the business to Yokohama City, we will support the expenses pertaining to the project implementation for about two groups.

In 2017, we raise proposal ideas of collaboration business from citizens.
We issue subsidy (citizen collaboration business proposal idea brush-up subsidy) to adopted group as support to the making of plan in 30.

In addition, we recommend that you bring the completed documents and consult in advance.

2.Proposal idea of collaboration business in 2017 (citizen collaboration business proposal idea brush-up subsidy) examination result

The Yokohama City Citizens' Collaboration Promotion Committee, which is made up of academics and practitioners of social activities established by Yokohama City, follows the examination criteria and conducts a written examination.
(First selection) and public presentation screening (Second selection) will be comprehensively reviewed, and based on the results of the committee's review.
The mayor adopted the proposal idea of the next group.

1.About recruitment

We raise this grant for six groups (see 2 above) that were issued citizen collaboration business idea brush-up grant in 2018. Adopted group concludes citizen collaboration contract (citizen collaboration regulations Article 12) with Yokohama-shi in 2019 and works together for business realization.

2.2019 collaboration business proposal support experimental project (citizen collaboration operating cost burden subsidy) examination result
