Support for proposals for collaborative projects experimental project

Article 10 of the Yokohama City Citizens' Collaboration Ordinance stipulates that citizens can propose a citizen collaboration project to Yokohama City.

In City of Yokohama, Civic Affairs Bureau, we will implement the "Proposal Support experimental project for Collaboration Projects" from FY29 to FY31 so that "Proposals for Citizen Collaboration Projects" will be easier for citizens to utilize.

Support for proposals for collaborative projects experimental project

The project period will be three years and will be implemented in the following three steps:

Step 1. Recruiting Proposal Ideas

We raise proposal ideas of business with city to plan local problem solution from citizen's everybody.
(Approximately 6 groups will be selected based on selection from the submitted groups.) Details are as follows.

Step 2. Support for Planning (Subsidy) (FY30)

For the organizations adopted in Step 1, we will support the expenses related to the commercialization of proposal ideas.

Support (Subsidy) for project implementation (FY31)

After step 2, from the groups that actually proposed the business to Yokohama City, we will support the expenses pertaining to the project implementation for about two groups.

About recruitment of proposal ideas for collaborative projects [Application acceptance has been closed]

In 2017, we raise proposal ideas of collaboration business from citizens.
A grant (citizen collaboration project proposal idea brush-up subsidy) will be issued to the adopted group as support for planning in FY2018.

2.Proposal idea of 2017 collaboration business (citizen collaboration business proposal idea brush-up subsidy) examination result

The Yokohama City Citizens' Collaboration Promotion Committee, which is comprised of academics and practitioners of social activities established by Yokohama City, follows the examination criteria.
Based on the results of the review by the committee (first selection) and the public presentation screening (second selection), and based on the results of the review by the committee.
The mayor has adopted the proposal idea of the next group.

1.About recruitment

This grant is recruited for 6 groups (see 2 above) that have been issued a citizen collaboration project idea brush-up grant in FY2018. The adopted group concludes a citizen collaboration contract (Citizen Collaboration Ordinance Article 12) with Yokohama City in 2019, and will work together to realize the business.
