The rules created by residents are the "rules of the town" in order to be a town that is easy to live in while protecting the characteristics and individuality of the town.

• "District planning" (operated by the city) that also determines roads and parks used by local residents.
• "Landscape plan" (operated by the city) that determines the rules of the cityscape and landscape

These rules allow you to set rules for buildings and sites.

The “Cheerful community development Promotion Project” is a project in which local organizations such as Neighborhood Association and Neighborhood Associations gather together to solve problems through discussions and support local communities to create communities they want. In Naka Ward, there are more than 130 Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations, each of which has a regional alliance of Neighborhood Associations (Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations, which does not join theNeighborhood Associations of the district alliance).
