In the “Kohoku Tsunagi Juku” in FY2022, the “Local Power Support Project” subsidy granting organizations and supporting business groups, registered organizations of the inhabitant of a ward activity support center, and town teachers from the same perspective The purpose was to deepen exchanges and bring each other's specialty fields, to solve the issues faced by each group, create new activities and promote the discovery and development of leaders.

（１） Implementation and release of "Tsunagi Juku Talk"
Oh Theme Creation of bonds in the era of COVID-19
　Since the beginning of 2020, the spread of the new coronavirus on a global scale has had a significant impact on our lives. Activities in various fields in the region cannot be canceled due to the risk of virus infection, requests to refrain from going out or closed local facilities, and there is no prospect of the convergence of the COVID-19 pandemic, such as the arrival of the second wave, there are situations where planning and activities cannot be promoted as before.
　Under these circumstances, we will try to summarize the ideals and prospects of communication in the future through Tsunagijuku Talk, a genre of local and social activities in Kohoku Ward.
Oh Implementation method
　Rather than face-to-face lectures and workshops by groups, we will hold “Tsunagi Juku Talk” for each genre and post it on our website.
　We receive opinions from everyone about themes and talks of each genre, share tips and wisdom to promote local activities and social activities in the city, and propose "creating bonds in the era of new coronavirus".
