In the wake of the introduction of a full-fledged BBQ style in which large meat is baked in a lump, he became the chairman of the city's self-government of 3,000 people in his 30s.
Based on the fact that many volunteer volunteers enjoy sweating at the summer festival, he devised his own town management method, "Neighborhood Association Revolution."
While many Neighborhood Association and Neighborhood Associations are suffering from a shortage of executives, many generations are playing an active role as executives of junior high school, high school and university students are born.

In fiscal 2023, the Kohoku Tsunagi Juku was implemented with the aim of helping local civil society organizations, NPOs, and Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations to learn about examples of collaboration through lectures and group work.

2 FY2022 “Kohoku Tsunagi Juku”
To solve local issues and create attractiveness.
The “Kohoku Tsunagi Juku” in FY2022 was centered on the “Local Power Support Project” subsidy granting organizations and supporting business groups. By deepening exchanges and bringing each other's specialty fields, the purpose was to solve the issues faced by each organization, create new activities, and to discover and foster leaders.

3 FY2021 Kohoku Tsunagi Juku
In fiscal 2021, based on the three years of learning, we aimed at "connecting local information sharing and disseminating information" within a more practical area of districts, but we did not proceed as expected due to the COVID-19 pandemic and abandoned the implementation.

4 2020 “Kohoku Tsunagi Juku”
Under the theme of "Creating bonds in the era of the new coronavirus era", "Tsunagi Juku Talk" (interviews and round-table discussions with people working in the area in the city) has been released since October.

Oh Theme Creation of Bonds in the Age of Covid-19
The spread of the new coronavirus on a global scale since the beginning of 2020 has had a major impact on our lives. Activities in various fields in the region cannot be canceled due to the risk of virus infection, requests for self-restraint of going out or closing local facilities, etc. In addition, there are situations where it is not possible to proceed with plans and activities as before.
Under these circumstances, we will try to summarize the future and prospects of communication in the “Tsunagi Juku Talk” for each genre of local and social activities in Kohoku Ward.
Oh Implementation method
Rather than face-to-face lectures and group workshops, we will carry out “Tsunagi Juku Talk” for each genre and post them on our website.
We have opinion from everybody about theme and talk of each genre and share tips and wisdom to promote local activity, citizen activity in ward and propose "making bond of new coronavirus era".

"Kohoku Tsunagi Juku 2020" is aimed at people who need to convey information to many people.
