• It is a meeting place for people who know Midori Ward, interact with people, and want to make it a more favorite city.
• It is a learning place to realize the "thoughts" of those who want to "help" and "contribute" in the community.
• It is a place for people who participate in local citizen activities and Neighborhood Association activities.

１．Application period:　From Thursday, April 18, 1960 to Friday, May 31, Reiwa
２．Tuition fee:　 　Free of charge
３．Target:　　 Those who live, work, or attend school in Midori Ward and are interested in civic activities in Midori Ward (Principle)　　※This course is limited to those who have not attended this course.
　　　　　　　　 People who are involved in local activities such as Neighborhood Association in Midori Ward and are thinking of solving problems
　　　　　　　　(Youth instructor, sports promotion committee, local welfare officer / children's committee, PTA, children's association, father's association, etc.)
４．Participation requirements:　Those who can participate in all schedules
５．Number of applicants:　Approx. 15 people (lottery if there are many applications)
６．Opening period:　Reiwa From Saturday, June 29, 1960 to Saturday, November 9,
７．Contents:　　　6 lectures, “Dream Plan” presentations, etc.
