Information on Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations Building Maintenance Assistance
Here is an overview of the subsidy program for the construction of the Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations Pavilion, which serves as a base for Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations activities and community support's efforts toward reduce disaster damage.
1.Subsidized
Assistance for the maintenance of the Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations Pavilion is available for all of the following items:
- This facility is owned, maintained, operated and used by Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations
- It is a facility that contributes to improving the welfare and solidarity of local residents.
- Facilities necessary for meetings and gatherings
- Compliance with the Building Standards Law and other laws and regulations
- Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations has made decisions on the development of the hall by resolution of the General Assembly.
- Please see this page for the town hall (meeting facility) terms and conditions (example) where the terms of use of the hall are maintained.
- There is no other hall that has been subsidized
- We select company which presented the cheapest amount by bid or estimate by city company (※ 1) more than the number of companies specified in hall maintenance costs assistance summary (companies need permission of construction industry . (※2))
- The subsidized expenses are 1,000,000 yen or more
※1 City businesses are businesses with headquarters in the city. Please note that this does not apply even if only stores and offices are in the city.
Specifically, it is a company that falls under any of the following.
- Person whose location division in Yokohama-shi general competitive bidding qualified person list is in the city
- Person whose location of the head office (or main office) of the registry is registered in the city
- Private businesses whose main business bases are in the city and unregistered organizations
※2 At the time of application, it is necessary to submit a copy of the permission letter of construction industry.

- When we construct special foundation work by new construction, we assist half of expense required for special foundation work up to 3 million yen separately from subsidy limit. Special foundation work will be reviewed based on geological data, etc.
- When we carry out exterior construction by new construction, extension, repair, we assist half of expense required for exterior construction up to 1 million yen within subsidy limit every kind of maintenance. (In the case of new construction and purchase, we will assist separately from the subsidy limit per m2.)
- For new construction, seismic reinforcement work, and extension exceeding 2.5 million yen, the review committee will examine the maintenance costs. (There is a separate requirement to receive assistance for the park meetinghouse maintained by Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations. [When dismantling or repairing an existing hall]
When dismantling or repairing buildings (including building equipment) after October 1, 2023, the Company shall conduct the construction of buildings (including building equipment).
Preliminary investigation of asbestos (asbestos) by qualified persons (building asbestos-containing building materials surveyors, etc.) has become mandatory.
As a result of the survey, please note that measures are required when handling building materials containing asbestos.
In addition, when ordering, instruct the construction company to comply with laws and regulations. .
