Guidance for maintenance of Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations Building

Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations activities and community support'sNeighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations Buildingreduce disaster damage.

1.Subject to assistance

Subsidies for the maintenance of the Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations Building are available when all of the following items apply:

  1. This facility is owned, maintained, operated and used by Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations.
  2. It is a facility that contributes to improving the welfare of local residents and increasing solidarity
  3. Provide facilities necessary for meetings and gatherings
  4. Comply with the Building Standards Law and other laws and regulations
  5. The decision made by the Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations by resolution of the General Assembly, etc.
  6. Please see this page for the terms of use of the Neighborhood Hall (meeting facility) for which the terms of use of the hall are maintained.
  7. There is no other hall to receive assistance
  8. We select company which presented the cheapest amount by bid or estimate by city company (* 1) more than the number of companies specified in the hall maintenance cost subsidy summary (company needs permission of construction industry is necessary . (※2)) 
  9. The subsidy target expenses are 1 million yen or more

※1 The city company is a company with a headquarters in the city. Please note that it does not apply even if only stores or offices are located in the city.
   Specifically, it is a company that falls under any of the following.

  • Person whose location division in Yokohama-shi general competitive bidding qualified person list is in the city
  • Person whose location of head office (or main office) of registry is registered in the city
  • Individual businesses whose main business base is in the city and unregistered groups

※2 At the time of application, it is necessary to submit a copy of the license letter of construction industry.

※If urgent repairs are required due to natural disasters such as storms and floods, please consult with each ward office Regional Promotion Division.
  • When constructing special foundation work for new construction, etc., apart from the subsidy limit, we will assist half of the expenses required for special foundation work up to 3 million yen separately from the subsidy limit. Special foundation work will be examined based on geological data.
  • When we carry out exterior construction by new construction, extension, repair, we assist half of expense required for external construction work up to 1 million yen within subsidy limit every kind of maintenance. (In the case of new construction / purchase, assistance will be provided separately from the subsidy limit per 1m2.)
  • For new construction, seismic retrofitting work, and extensions exceeding 2.5 million yen, the examination committee will examine the contents of maintenance costs. (There are separate requirements to receive assistance for park meetinghouses maintained by Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations. For more information, please contact the Regional Promotion Division of each ward office.)
