Last Updated June 11, 2024

The Personal Information Protection Law was revised in September 2015, and after May 30, 2017, all business operators, including Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations, are required to comply with the rules of the Personal Information Protection Law.

Revision of the Personal Information Protection Law

If you use your personal information well, it will help you create a relationship where you can see your face. Knowing each other's faces and names will foster relationships of trust and support, leading to the realization of a community where people can live with peace of mind. Although personal information needs to be protected, excessive responses can weaken local connections and hinder local activities and help in the event of a disaster.
Personal information needs to be properly managed and used effectively in case of emergency. I think it is essential for the operation of Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations, so we have created a guide to explain how you can respond specifically when creating and managing the list. Please manage your personal information appropriately and make use of it for smooth Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations activities.
