Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations activities during the COVID-19 pandemic

Last Updated July 20, 2021

While local meetings and events have been forced to cancel local meetings and events, it is difficult to carry out thorough infection prevention, and I think that there are many officers who are wondering what to do.
The Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations is an important part of the community, such as watching over children and the elderly, beautifying the town and anti-crime program activities.
Here are some new activity methods and examples of initiatives that have been devised so that you can use them as hints for continuing their activities.
In the future, we will continue to update new initiatives as needed.

We support new style of activity

Devices for meetings and events

  • At the time of meetings, etc., participants are asked to discuss infection control measures in advance and then consider participating.
  • Since the event was canceled, we created and distributed a walking booklet that allows you to walk around famous places in the town.
  • Radio exercises that avoided 3 Cs at the Geriatrics Association
  • Public information about building physical strength that is as competitive as COVID-19
  • Since the use of bulletin boards has been reduced, children's works are displayed.
  • Posted the flowering status of the park with photos

disaster drill

  • Confirm procedures, preparation of norms, etc.
  • Conducted safety confirmation training with each group in transceiver without meeting in one place.
  • Stop gathering and watching videos in the large apartment entrance lobby
  • Arrangement of stockpiling
  • Reconfirmation of evacuation routes (whether there is a dangerous road, etc.)

Operational aspects

  • Formulation of rules for use of halls that incorporate "new lifestyle"
  • Conducting opinions and questionnaires for members regarding the operation of the association
  • Online exchange of opinions with local shopping streets
  • Review of considerations and operations that have been delayed until now.
  • Several materials were placed in the bulletin board instead of circular notices, so that they can be taken home freely.
  • The bulletin board has been enhanced for those who do not wish to have a circular notice.
  • The LINE Group is formed by officers and employees are in contact with them.
  • Introduction of Online Meetings
