Food mileage is an index obtained by multiplying the amount of food transported by the transport distance.
This is a hint to learn that our daily diet is deeply involved not only in our own health and food self-sufficiency rate, but also in fact, global resource and environmental issues.
With the pandemic and the Ukraine crisis worldwide, I would like to discuss with the participants what we can do, for example, local production for local consumption, for example.
