The aging of small and medium-sized business owners is serious, and business succession is becoming even more important in order to prevent the loss of employment and technology due to business closure and to promote growth triggered by generational changes. In business succession, it is necessary to take over the elements of "people (management)", "assets", and "intellectual assets" to the successor, but this time, regarding the succession of "in-house stocks" among assets will be explained with examples. I will explain.
In addition, the Yokohama City Credit Guarantee Association staff explains guarantee system about business succession and management support.
After the seminar, individual consultation will also be held by a tax accountant. (reservation required, first-come, first-served basis)
