Shopping bags were charged on July 1 as a measure to reduce plastic waste. However, due to stay homes associated with the prevention of the spread of the new coronavirus infection, the number of takeouts has increased and plastic garbage has increased rapidly. In addition, plastic disposable masks and non-woven masks are improperly disposed of. Plastic waste flows into the ocean through rivers, but it is miniaturized and floating in the atmosphere.
The lecturer found an atmospheric microplastic floating above the top of Mt. Fuji. I will explain plastic waste that causes global pollution.
