In the event that income falls to a considerable extent due to the loss of business as a source of income or a decrease in sales due to the impact of COVID-19, the National Pension Plan (Kokumin Nenkin) premium exemption, postponement of payment, and special application procedures for student payment are completed with the application for fiscal 2022.
For insurance premiums during the following periods, you can continue to apply for special special measures.

• The special student payment system is for insurance premiums from two years and one month before the month of application to March 2023.
• The premium exemption / payment deferral system is for insurance premiums from two years and one month before the month of application to June 2023.

In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, for the time being, some procedures in National Pension Plan (Kokumin Nenkin) can be notified by mail.
