[What's New] Electronic application for National Pension Plan (Kokumin Nenkin)'s additional premiums and maternity exemptions.

From Friday, March 29, 2024, electronic applications for National Pension Plan (Kokumin Nenkin)'s additional premiums and exemptions before and after childbirth using the "Minor Portal".

From Friday, March 29, 2024, we started electronic application of fund transfer payment (change) application form for National Pension Plan (Kokumin Nenkin) premium and refund transfer method (change) application form and fund transfer decline application form.

From Tuesday, January 9, 2024, National Pension Plan (Kokumin Nenkin) insurance premiums will be able to pay from Nenkin Net even if you have a payment slip at hand.

This is a mechanism that allows you to pay Pay-easy by Internet banking using the payment slip information (storage organization number, payment number, confirmation number) displayed on Nkin Net. You can pay on the spot even if you do not have a payment slip at hand.
Premiums that can be paid are National Pension Plan (Kokumin Nenkin) premiums prior to the previous month.
In order to use payment that does not depend on the payment slip, registration of Nenkin Net is required.

In the event that income falls to a considerable extent due to loss of business or a decrease in sales due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, the procedures for exemption and payment of National Pension Plan (Kokumin Nenkin) insurance premiums and special student payments will be terminated upon application for fiscal 2022.
For insurance premiums during the following period, you can continue to apply for extraordinary special measures.

• The special student payment system is based on insurance premiums from two years and one month before the application month to March 2023.
• The premium exemption / payment deferral system is applied from the month two years and one month before the application month to June 2023.

From February 20, 2023, electronic (cashless) payment of National Pension Plan (Kokumin Nenkin) insurance premiums can be made using smartphone apps.

On May 11, 2022, we started accepting electronic applications for acquiring qualifications and changing the type of National Pension Plan (Kokumin Nenkin) No. 1 insured person using the Minor Portal, waiver / payment deferral of National Pension Plan (Kokumin Nenkin) premiums, and special provision for student payment of National Pension Plan (Kokumin Nenkin) premium student payment.
