3-year-old Health Checkups

Please visit the Health and Welfare Center website or contact the Health and Welfare Center Children and Families Support Division. We will send a notice to the target child in advance.

If you would like to have a medical examination outside Yokohama City on your way home, please check with the municipality where you will be staying. If you are available and need a "Check ups for Infants and Toddlers Other City Request Form", please contact Health and Welfare Center Children and Families Support Division in your ward.

If you are unable to attend a medical examination, your ward may contact you by phone or visit by Health and Welfare Center.

It takes about 60 to 90 minutes.

We will see the development of the latter half of childhood, such as understanding and conversation, and whether you can play at home, along with your state at home.

At the 3-year-old medical checkup, we may talk about the child's mental and physical development at this time, diet and brushing teeth as a whole.
