Single-parent home adolescents and Connection Support Project

① Learning support for children (contractor: Tri Group Co., Ltd.)
　・Dispatch tutors to your home 10 times between mid-August 2023 and three months.
　・One class is 120 minutes and can accommodate up to two subjects.
　・The date and time of the implementation will be determined after consultation by the home and the learning support staff.
② Consultation support for parents (contractor: Japan Single Mother Support Association)
　　Once during the period, Single Parent Concierge® will visit your home and consult with parents' concerns.
※You will receive both support from the above 12. Please note that only one of the support can not be used.
※Single Parent Concierge® is a registered trademark of the Japan Single Mother Support Association.

Those who meet all of the following requirements (1) to (3)
① Households receiving Child Raising Allowance at the time of application for use
　(excluding households that have been suspended)
② Raising a first-year junior high school child in 2023　
③ Not a household receiving social security

From Monday, June 19, 2023 to 17:00 on July 5, 2023 (Wednesday)

※Because we handle personal information, user registration of Yokohama-shi electronic application, report system is necessary for application. If you have not registered, please register from "User Registration here" at the bottom when the login screen is displayed, and then apply. Please note that the application has not been completed with user registration alone.
※The application form will also include questions that will be answered by children who wish to study assistance. Please be sure to answer your child's opinion.

※Application for FY2023 has been closed.

・If the number of applicants exceeds the number of recruited households, the user will be determined by selection. Selection is based on the absence of other similar projects, parents and guardians.
　Will do so in consideration of the fact that there is a content that you want to consult with the support staff.
・Notifications will be mailed individually from mid to late July regarding the availability of business.
・For households that have been decided to use, we will hold an interview with Tri Group Co., Ltd. until early August before the start of learning.
　The company representative will contact you for the schedule adjustment. For single-parent concierge®, the Japan Single Mother Support Association
　I'll contact you for the schedule adjustment.
・The person who decides to use the service will cooperate with various questionnaires, even after the end of use. Thank you for your understanding.
