①Talks and experiences of senior single-far (about 20 to 30 minutes)
　From a facilitator who is a senior single farmer and a supporter, we will talk about his experiences and what you need to know as a single farmer.
ex) Characteristics of single-farers, easy-to-use systems, etc.

② Trouble consultation and exchange meetings (about one and a half hours)
　Facilitators play a central role in providing consultation on worries and exchange meetings.
　You can get advice from a facilitator about what you're currently having trouble with, or ask other single-farmers what you care about.

＊ Facilitator: Mr. Shuichi Watanabe, President of NPO Sustainable Net (outside site)
　After divorce, he raised two daughters with one male hand as a single parent, struggled to balance work and family, and retired from the company after illness.
　After that, we launched an NPO and are working on support activities that are close to the feelings of single-parent families that can only be done by the parties involved.
