①Talks and experiences of senior single fathers (about 20-30 minutes)
　A facilitator who is a senior single-father and also a supporter will talk about his experiences and what you need to know as a single-father.
ex) Characteristics of single-furthers, easy-to-hold problems, available systems, etc.

② Consultation and exchange meeting (about one and a half hours)
　The facilitator plays a central role in providing consultation on worries and exchange meetings.
　You can get advice from a facilitator about what you're currently worried about, or ask other single-parents what you're worried about.

　After divorce, while raising two daughters with one male hand as a single mother, he struggled to balance work and family, became ill and retired from the company.
　Since then, we have launched an NPO and have been working on support activities that are close to the feelings of single-parent families that can only be done by those involved. .
