Payment of school lunch fees at convenience stores
From October 2020, you can pay school lunch fees at convenience stores.
(Even if the barcode is printed, payment can be made at the counter of financial institutions, etc. as before.)
As a general rule, we ask about payment of school lunch fee by fund transfer of financial institution, but, when report of fund transfer is not reported or when account deposit balance is insufficient at the time of withdrawal, It is to have you pay by delivery letter of advice which Motoichi makes.
In the past, only financial institutions designated by Motoichi could use delivery notices, etc., but due to the start of convenience store storage, early morning and night, Saturdays and Sundays, and holidays when financial institutions are not open, It is now possible to pay school lunch fees at convenience stores.
The delivery notice that can be used is as follows.

In the following cases, payment at convenience stores cannot be made, so please pay at the financial institution window listed on the back of the delivery notice.

About payment of 1 school lunch fee
Payment of school lunch fees is based on fund transfer in principle. Please apply from the web fund transfer reception service or submit the "Yokohama City School Lunch Fund Transfer Request Form and Automatic Payment Application Form" distributed at the school to counters such as financial institutions. If you want to change your registered account, or if your account name has changed, please apply again.

*Application for fund transfer of school lunch fee requires a separate procedure from school payment (school year expenses, etc.).
*Please note that after applying at a financial institution, it may take one to two months for the fund transfer to be made.
2 About the date of fund transfer
The fund transfer date for school lunch fees is 11 times from May to March of the following year (including August).
The transfer date is the 29th of each month (the last day of February), but if it is a holiday or a holiday, it will be the next business day.

3 When the fund transfer cannot be transferred due to insufficient balance, etc.
Please pay at the counter of a financial institution, etc. by the payment slip mailed together with the dunning notice next month. If payment cannot be confirmed after the specified deadline for the dunning notice, we will provide you with a telephone call.
*Retransfer has not been carried out.
*Depending on the number of days from the day after the initial payment deadline to the date of payment, a delay penalty of 3% per year will be collected separately. In addition, if it is less than 100 yen, the amount will be rounded down, if there is a fraction less than 100 yen, the fraction will be rounded down.
4 In cases where payment cannot be confirmed for a long time
The court may urge you to pay and take legal action to transition to compulsory execution.
5 Reduction of school lunch fees
If your child is absent for more than 14 consecutive days due to injury, illness, or other reasons, you will be eligible for a reduction from the day after you apply to the school. However, the reduction start date and end date shall be the implementation date of the school lunch, excluding long-term leave periods such as summer holidays.
When applying for a reduction, it is necessary to submit a “School Lunch Reduction Report Form”.
※school lunch Date: This is the day when school lunch is held at all elementary schools in the city, excluding school lunch, which is conducted independently by each school.
