Addition of the second examination schedule (elementary school examination category) (for examinees)

In the second examination of the elementary school examination category conducted from Tuesday, August 13, 2024 to Friday, 16th, transportation could not be secured due to suspension or delay of public transportation due to typhoons, etc. For those who were unable to take the exam (absent), an additional second test will be conducted on either Wednesday, September 11, 2024 or Thursday, September 12, 2024.
The venue will be located in Yokohama City.

On Wednesday, August 21, we sent "Guidance for Examination (Elementary School / Additional Schedule)" to the target person.
It will be sent to the e-mail address registered at the time of application.
If you would like to take the exam, please follow the instructions below.

※If you do not receive the information by Thursday, August 22, please contact the Appointment Section of the Faculty and Human Resources Division on Friday, August 23.
※Those who are absent due to incorrect venue, date and time, etc. are not eligible.
※I cannot request the date and time for the additional schedule. We will guide you by specifying it from here.

Absentee of the second examination (elementary school examination category) conducted from Tuesday, August 13, 2024 to Friday, August 16

（１） Test date: Either Wednesday, September 11, 2024 or Thursday, 12th
（２） Test Venue: Yokohama
（３） Meeting time and place: We will guide you individually to the applicant.

※Please do not request the test date, venue, etc. of the additional test. We will guide you by specifying it from here.
※Please refer to the "Second Examination Guide [Elementary School / Additional Schedule]" scheduled to be issued on Friday, August 30 for the test dates and venues.

Application method assumes application by "Yokohama-shi electronic application, report system".

From Wednesday, August 21, 2024 to Wednesday, August 28, 5:00 pm

※Applications after the period will not be accepted. Please be sure to apply within the application period.
※The line may be congested immediately before the application deadline.
　In addition, it may not be available temporarily due to system management, etc., so please apply with plenty of time.
※We do not take any responsibility for any troubles in the event of a failure on the personal computer or communication line.

①Please perform procedure from "Yokohama-shi electronic application, report system".
※The URL is posted in the "Guide to Examination Guide (Elementary School / Additional Schedule)" sent to the target person.

②The "Content Details" screen will be displayed. After confirming the contents and click the "Next" button at the bottom of the page.
※Please log in with the same user ID (e-mail address) as when applying for the exam and proceed with the procedure.

③The application details screen will be displayed. Enter required items.
　When you're done, click the "Apply" button.

④The application completion screen will be displayed.
　You will receive an e-mail to complete the application, so be sure to check it out.

From "Confirmation of application history and power of attorney" in the user menu on the My Page screen, click "List of application history / search" on the next screen, the procedure you applied for is displayed as "Send application" Please make sure that it is done.
※If the application is not displayed, the application has not been completed. Please note that you will not be able to take the exam unless your application has been completed.

The test date and venue will be announced in the "Second Examination Guide [Elementary School / Additional Schedule]" scheduled to be issued on Friday, August 30, 2024. As we send email that "the second examination conduct guidance [elementary school, additional schedule]" is possible to download to registered e-mail address, we access "Yokohama-shi electronic application, report system (outside site)" , Please check the notification from My Page screen.

※If you are unable to confirm that the grant can be downloaded by Sunday, September 1, please contact the Faculty and Human Resources Division Appointment Section on Monday, September 2.
