Guide help service (mobile care and school attendance support) (physical, intellectual, and mental)

If you have difficulty moving outdoors, a guide helper will accompany you.

  1. Physically handicapped children and persons with dysfunctions of 3 or more in the Handbook for the Physically Handicapped 1.2 grade (those who mainly use wheelchairs when going out)
  2. Children with intellectual and mental disabilities
  3. Patients such as incurable disease and others subject to the Comprehensive Support for Persons with Disabilities Act (including elementary school student)

Mobility support when going out such as going out and leisure activities that are indispensable for social life

Support for commuting to school
  1. Persons with visual disabilities / persons with disabilities in grades 1.2 or higher, or physically handicapped children / persons with physical disabilities with dysfunction of 3 or more (those who mainly use wheelchairs when going out)
  2. Children with intellectual and mental disabilities
  3. Patients such as incurable disease and others subject to the Comprehensive Support for Persons with Disabilities Act (including elementary school student)

Moving support when going to a special support school or going to a workshop

 ※It is also available for people with overlapping disabilities with target disabilities and non-target disabilities.

About the use of the guide help system

Precautions for Use

  • If you are under junior high school students, you will only be able to get other transportation methods or attendants. In addition, "School attendance support" is limited to cases where other transportation means or attendant cannot be obtained regardless of age.
  • "School attendance support" refers to"Assistance for Accompaniment" and "Assistance for Action"It can be used in combination with "mobile care".
  • For going out for hospital visits and procedures at public offices, etc.Home care and other businessesIt will be a response.

We provide subsidies for training fees for guide helpers.
