Guide help service (moving care / commuting support) (physical, intellectual, mental)

If you have difficulty moving outdoors, a guide helper will accompany you.

Mobile nursing care
  1. Physically handicapped children and persons with more than 3 limbs in the Handbook for the Physically Disabled 1.2 grade (those who mainly use wheelchairs when going out)
  2. Children with intellectual and mental disabilities
  3. Patients in incurable disease, etc. subject to the Comprehensive Support for Persons with Disabilities Act (including elementary school student)

Travel support when going out, which is indispensable for social life and going out for leisure activities.

School attendance support
  1. Physically handicapped children / persons with visual impairments of grade 1.2 or physically handicapped children / persons with more than 3 limbs (those who mainly use wheelchairs when going out)
  2. Children with intellectual and mental disabilities
  3. Patients in incurable disease, etc. subject to the Comprehensive Support for Persons with Disabilities Act (including elementary school student)

Travel support when going to a special support school or going to a workplace.

 ※It is also available for those with overlapping disabilities with the target disability and those who are not eligible.

About the use of the guide help system

Precautions for Use

  • If you are under junior high school students, you will not be able to obtain other transfer methods or attendants. In addition, "School attendance support" is limited to cases where other transfer methods and attendance cannot be obtained regardless of age.
  • "School attendance support" is provided."Accompaniment support" and "Action support"It can be used in conjunction with "Mobile Care".
  • For outings for outpatients and procedures at public offices, etc.Home care businessThis will be the case.
