The tsusho transportation expenses subsidy system is a system in which persons with disabilities calculate the transportation expenses required for tsusho, determine the unit price to be subsidized, and make a claim based on the determined application unit price.

2.2. System Characteristics
(1) Reduction of input load by automatic calculation of unit cost of transportation
Until now, the facility manager had to calculate the unit cost of transportation using the EXCEL formula, but the tsusho transportation cost subsidy system automatically calculates the unit price for the entered route.
This reduces the load of input work required to calculate the unit cost of transportation.
(2) Optimization of procedures by separating transportation cost unit price and billing
By separating the procedures related to the calculation of the unit cost of transportation expenses in April and October, the burden on the facility manager will not be concentrated at a specific time, among the procedures that had previously been entered for half a year in April and October. We are working to optimize administrative procedures.
(3) Security-friendly and secure systems
We are strengthening security so that no one can see the contents from anywhere when registering the disability information of tsusho via the Internet.
In this system, control is performed so that you can only log in from the terminal of a pre-registered facility.
