Home help services (home care services, etc.)

We provide home help services to support the daily lives of children with physical disabilities, persons with intellectual disabilities, persons with mental disabilities and persons with mental disabilities, and patients with incurable disease.

  2. Physical care such as bathing, excretion and assistance with meals

  • Persons with disability support category 1 or higher
  • Children with disabilities are grade 3 or higher, children with intellectual and mental disabilities
[Severe home care]

  1. Physical care and housework at home
  2. Consultation and advice on life
  3. Nursing care while moving out
  4. In addition, life-wide assistance
[Target persons]
  • Persons with severe physical disabilities (disability support category 4 or higher, paralysis of two or more, etc.)
  • Intellectual and mentally ill persons (Disability Support Category 4 or higher)
[Assistance for Assistance]

  1. Visual support (including handwriting and reading) necessary during travel
  2. Necessary assistance such as movement support, excretion and meals
[Target persons]
  • Visually impaired people who need assistance in moving
  • Persons with hearing impairment grade 6 or higher who need visual assistance when moving
  • Children with disabilities are those who meet the above conditions

  1. Assistance necessary to avoid any risks that may arise when the subject acts
  2. Nursing care such as nursing care, excretion and meals while going out

  • Intellectual and mentally handicapped (persons with significant difficulty in behavior in disability support category 3 or higher)

Yokohama City Severe Visiting Nursing Care User University Study Support Project

We provide necessary support until universities, etc., can establish a support system necessary for those with severe disabilities to study, and support university study. (From FY2020)

[Content]

Support necessary for work tasks that cannot be performed due to disability characteristics, and physical care related to other than work.
Helpers at welfare service offices provide support for commuting.

[Target persons]

Those who meet all of the following requirements

  • Those who live in Yokohama City Workplaces are not limited to the city.
  • Those who have received any of the payment of severe home-visit nursing care, accompanying support, or behavioral support
  • Those who are employed by a private company (* 1) or self-employed (* 2) who need assistance in commuting or work, etc.
  • Those who have 10 hours or more per week (including those who are expected to work 10 hours or more in the future)

※1 Excludes users of Type A establishments that support employment continuation support.
※2 Refers to paid work styles that do not belong to the company that employs, and includes representatives and officers of corporations.
(Excluding persons employed in the public affairs department such as national and local government officials, and other equivalent persons)
