Home help service (home care business, etc.)

We provide home help services to support the daily lives of children with physical disabilities, persons with intellectual disabilities, persons with mental disabilities, persons with incurable disease, etc.

  2. Physical care such as bathing, excretion and assistance in meals
  3. Assistance such as regular outpatient visits and consultation with public offices regarding disability welfare services.
  4. Consultation and advice on life, etc.

  • Persons with disability support category 1 or higher
  • Children with disabilities are grade 3 or higher in the certificate of the physically disabled, children with intellectual and mental disabilities, etc.
[Severe home care]

  1. Physical care and housework at home
  2. Consultation and advice on life, etc.
  3. Nursing care on the move when going out
  4. Other assistance for life in general
[Target persons]
  • Persons with severe physical disabilities (disability support category 4 or more, paralysis of two or more limbs, etc.)
  • Intellectual and mentally ill persons (disability support category 4 or higher, etc.)
[Accompaniment assistance]
[Contents]
  1. Visual support required during travel (including handwriting and reading)
  2. Necessary assistance such as assisting movement, excreting and eating
[Target persons]
  • Visually impaired people who need assistance in moving
  • Visual support is required when moving, and people with hearing impairment grade 6 or higher
  • Children with disabilities are subject to the above conditions.

Yokohama City Severe Home Care User University Study Support Project

We provide necessary support until a university can establish a support system necessary for people with severe disabilities to study, and support university study. (from FY2020)

[Contents]

Support required for work work that cannot be performed due to disability characteristics, physical care related to other than work work, etc.
Helpers from welfare service establishments provide support for commuting.

[Target persons]

Those who meet all of the following requirements

  • Those who live in Yokohama City Workplaces are not limited to the city.
  • Those who have received any of the payment decisions for severe home-visit care, accompanying support, or behavioral support
  • Those who are employed by a private company (* 1) or those who are self-employed (* 2) and need assistance in commuting or workplace
  • Those who have a prescribed working hours of 10 hours or more per week (including those who are expected to work more than 10 hours in the future)

※1 Excludes users of type A establishments that support employment continuation.
※2 Refers to paid work styles that do not belong to the employed company, etc., and includes representatives and officers of corporations.
(Excluding persons employed in public affairs departments such as national government officials and local government officials, and other equivalents.)
