Benefits of assistance dogs (guide dogs, service dogs, and hearing dogs)
In order to promote the independence and social participation of physically handicapped persons at home, we will provide assistance dogs for the physically handicapped.
[Target persons]
Persons with significant disabilities in their daily lives due to visual impairment, physical disabilities, and hearing impairment, and after prescribed training, the use of assistance dogs for the physically handicapped is deemed appropriate (who own a certificate of the physically disabled)
[Points to note]
Benefits are several dogs per year, including guide dogs, service dogs and hearing dogs. In the case of a large number of applicants, benefits may be paid in the following year.
