Within one year after completion of the training

• 3 months or more, starting from the date of completion of the training or the start date of employment, whichever is later.
• Continue to work at the time of application

Provision of services to users of the type of disability corresponding to completed training at least once

• Being a Yokohama citizen at the time of application
• The form of employment is not a form of temporary staffing
• Have not received any subsidies related to this training from other granting organizations
  (It is not applicable even if the employer pays the tuition fee.)
• Applicants must have applied after FY2022 and have not received this grant
  (If you received the grant before FY2021, you can reapply.)
• Not being a gangster

Up to 20,000 yen of training tuition fee
(Includes required text fee, training fee, and consumption tax. Rounded down to the nearest thousand yen
※The budget amount is five million yen. If you meet the requirements, please apply as soon as the upper limit is reached.

Please send the following application documents 1-5 to the address below.

1. Tuition Grant Application Form (No. 1 style)
2. Certificate of tuition payment (No. 2 style)
3. Employment certificate (No. 3 style)
4. A copy of the certificate of completion of the course
5. Identity verification documents (My Number Card, resident certificate Driver's License) that can prove that you are a Yokohama citizen
   Copy, etc.
   ※In the case of My Number Card, a personal number is not required, so please send a copy only on the table (front) side.
