Within one year after completion of training

• 3 months or more starting from the later date of completion of the training and the start of work, whichever is later.
• You must continue to work at the time of application

One or more service provision to users of disability type corresponding to the completed training

• Being a Yokohama citizen at the time of application
• The employment form is not a form of temporary staffing
• Have not received any subsidies related to this training from other granting organizations
  (Even if the employer pays the tuition fee.)
• Applicants must apply after FY2021 and have not received this grant.
  (If you received the grant before FY2020, you can reapply.)
• Not being a gangster

Up to 20,000 yen in the training fee
(Including required text fees, training fees, and consumption tax. Less than 1,000 yen are rounded down)
※The budget amount is 5 million yen. It will end as soon as the upper limit is reached, so if you meet the requirements, please apply as soon as possible.

Please send the following documents 1 to 5 to the following address.

1. Application for tuition subsidy grant (No. 1 style)
2. Certificate of Payment of tuition (Form No. 2)
3. Employment certificate (Form No. 3)
4. Copy of Certificate of Completion
5. Identification documents that can prove that you are a Yokohama citizen (My Number Card, resident certificate, Driver's License)
   Copy, etc.)
   ※In the case of My Number Card, personal number is not required, so please send a copy only the table (front) side.
