Status of initiatives that contribute to the Three Principles

In Chapter 3 of the Comprehensive Management Plan for Yokohama City Public Facilities, "Optimization of conservation Operation", "efficiency of facility scale", and "creation of facility financial resources" are defined as three initiatives related to the management of public facilities. . In order to maintain and improve the functions and services in public facilities (public buildings and infrastructure facilities), we will promote the initiatives of the three management principles and optimize the scale, quantity, quality, and cost of public facilities.

Naming rights (Yokohama Children's Science Museum, Yokohama International Stadium, etc.)
・Advertising revenue (Yokohama Station Kita Passage, Minami Aisle, etc.)
・Proceeds from power generation and electricity sales (factories, water reclamation centers)
Effective use of public spaces (under road elevated)
・Optimization of user burden (wharf, water rate revision, etc.)
・Introduction of subsidies (Utilization of subsidies for underground high-speed railway maintenance projects, etc.)
