Outline of Business
In Yokohama-shi, we carry out effective utilization about underpass and planned road area from viewpoint such as town development or bustle creation. In implementation, we recruit users by plan proposal method and private use bidding system.
About user by plan suggestion method, we decide after having examined proposal in use plan study meeting such as Yokohama-shi road elevated consisting of expert and decide. In this way, we will incorporate private ideas and vitality, make effective use of road space, and secure financial resources.

Purpose of Installation
In order to ensure fairness and neutrality, to formulate a usage plan for underpasses and to examine and evaluate applicants, etc., we have set up an underpass utilization plan study group consisting of academics and others.
※On April 1, 2012, the Company was reorganized into an affiliated organization based on the Ordinance for Establishment of Affiliated Institutions.
