Overview of Business
In Yokohama-shi, we carry out effective utilization about underpass and planned road area from viewpoint such as town development or bustle creation. In carrying out, we openly recruit users by plan suggestion method and private use bid system.
About user by plan suggestion method, we decide after examination and evaluation of proposal in use plan study meeting such as underpass of Yokohama-shi road which was made up of expert. In this way, we will incorporate private ideas and vitality to make effective use of road space and secure financial resources.

Purpose of installation
In order to ensure fairness and neutrality, we have established a study group on the use of underpasses, etc., composed of academics, etc., in order to formulate plans for use underpasses and examine and evaluate applicants.
