Municipal Central Library will host the Yokohama Library School in the second half of 2019.

Intellectual stimulation received from researchers and experts active in their respective fields of expertise, encounters with new perspectives and ideas, and discovery of information sources (materials and survey methods) in the library that you did not know.
In order to support your learning from a multifaceted manner, the Yokohama Library School offers two series of "education courses" to learn cutting-edge research results in academic fields such as science, technology, history, and literature, and "practical courses" to learn knowledge useful for solving problems such as law, management, and medical care. At the same time, the library librarian will introduce books related to the theme of the course. In addition to listening to lectures, we will provide an entrance to learning to deepen your knowledge.
