The Board of Education is promoting each approach based on the "Work Style Reform Plan for Yokohama City School Teachers and Staff" formulated in March 2018. In particular, the attendance management using an IC card introduced in March 2018 has made it possible to objectively grasp the actual working conditions of faculty and staff throughout the year. We are promoting reform. We report the results of FY2018 regarding the achievement targets set in the plan.
