With the increase in the number of patients with COVID-19 infections in Japan and overseas, the number of consultations from citizens sent to Yokohama is increasing.
Therefore, from Monday, February 10, 2020, we opened the "New Coronavirus Infectious Diseases Call Center (General Telephone Consultation)" and the "Coronavirus Infectious Disease Returnee / Contact Consultation Center". We aim to prevent the spread of infection and reduce the anxiety of citizens by responding to consultations from citizens widely, such as how to prevent infection and consultation methods at the time of illness.
