The Mental Handicapped Health and Welfare Handbook is accepting applications at the Health and Welfare Center window in each ward, but from October we will start accepting applications by mail in addition to the window. (About grant (handing) of notebook, we perform in ward office as before.)
At the same time, we will also respond to telephone inquiries regarding the Mental Handicapped Health and Welfare Handbook.
