We carry out forgetful health check-up (simple test of dementia) free of charge for one 65 years or older living in the city to push forward early detection and early correspondence of dementia. Forgetful health check-up is available at 89 medical institutions in the city. Reservations will be accepted directly at each medical institution from January 15, 2020.
