Given the prospect of a shortage of nursing care personnel, Yokohama City is working to secure new nursing care personnel and to develop future care personnel.
In July last year, we concluded a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with five schools in three cities in Vietnam (currently six schools) in Vietnam to secure human resources for nursing care.
We have signed a memorandum of understanding in the field of nursing care with three cities and five schools in China to further promote the acceptance of nursing care personnel from overseas.
