In Yokohama City, we have formulated the "Local Recidivism Prevention Promotion Plan" (hereinafter referred to as the "Recidivism Prevention Promotion Law") enacted in December 2016 (hereinafter referred to as the "Recidivism Prevention Promotion Law") that came into effect in December 2016. We have formulated the direction of rehabilitation support for everyone to live in their own health with peace of mind-Yokohama City Recidivism Prevention Promotion Plan-".
We will promote rehabilitation support in cooperation with judicial organizations and related organizations, with the aim of reducing the number of people suffering from crime and realizing a community that accepts those who are trying to recover.
