At the centerminami station square rotary in Tsuzuki-ku, Yokohama, a demonstration experiment was conducted on February 8, 2023 to verify the issues and usefulness of installing EV chargers on public roads and installing chargers on public roads and charging stations on public roads. This is the second demonstration experiment in Japan following the case of Aoba Ward started in FY2021.
This is the first time in Japan that an EV quick charger has been installed at the station square rotary.
