"Minato Mirai 21 District" was selected as "Decarbonization Leading Area".

Yokohama City and Yokohama Minato Mirai 21, together with 32 facilities in the Minato Mirai 21 District, applied for the first public offering of "Decarbonization Leading Areas" implemented by the Ministry of the Environment, and was selected as a decarbonized pre-decarbonized area.
In the Minato Mirai 21 District, together with local residents, mainly participating facilities, we aim to reduce CO2 emissions from electricity consumption to virtually zero by FY2030, and develop a decarbonization model in large cities by developing various initiatives.
