Yokohama City and Yokohama Minato Mirai 21 have applied for the first public offering for "Decarbonization Leading Areas" conducted by the Ministry of the Environment, together with 32 facilities in the Minato Mirai 21 District, and were selected as decarbonization leading areas for decarbonization.
In the Minato Mirai 21 District, together with local residents, mainly participating facilities, we will develop a variety of initiatives with the aim of reducing CO2 emissions associated with electricity consumption to virtually zero by fiscal 2030, and build a decarbonized model in large cities.
